1. Description of Service These Terms of Service are applicable to all users of the online media services, content distribution services, and community services provided through the Ritam Studio Pty Ltd ("Ritam Studio," "The Company") website, mobile and desktop applications, and TV applications (individually and collectively referred to as "Services"). These Terms govern your use of the Services, including all functionalities, features, streaming services, audio, visual, written media, PDFs, website links, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the Services.
2. Acceptance and Changes to Terms Ritam Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Service without prior notice. Eligibility: Users accessing the Services must be at least 13 years old. Users registering for the Services and uploading User Generated Content must be at least 18 years old.
Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the Services complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
4. User Conduct
The Services must be used only for lawful purposes related to streaming and related materials.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorised access, data scraping, introducing malicious software, and misuse of community forums.
In community forums, users must create a welcoming environment, treat others with respect, and refrain from harassment or promotion of unrelated content.
5. User Information
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and agree to keep it updated.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether user content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

6. Username/Password/Security Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must notify Ritam Studio of any unauthorised access. Failure to log out after use may result in unauthorised access to content.
7. Use of Services
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Services.
Fees for paid components must be paid promptly, and users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
8. Access to Services – Subscriptions & Purchases
Services may include pay-per-view, subscriptions, rental, or purchase options. Users are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to view purchased or subscribed content.
Streaming quality may vary due to factors outside the Company’s control, such as internet speed and device compatibility.
9. Payments & Billing
Payment plans and subscription terms are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled per the terms of the plan.
Users can update payment methods through their account settings.
10. User Comments and Suggestions
All user feedback becomes the property of the Company. Ritam Studio has the right to use this feedback for any purpose without obligation to compensate the user.
